Scott Appel is an accomplished public relations pro with 25+ years experience in the entertainment industry and non-profit world. He is a member of Public Relations Society Of America, Television Publicists Executive Committee, International Documentary Association and International Entertainment Buyers Association.Scott got his start right out of college as a teen magazine editor in New York City. That led to relocating to Los Angeles where he began his journey as a solopreneur handling personal publicity for Hollywood's hottest up-and-coming stars. His clients have starred in such projects as the "High School Musical" trilogy, "The Sopranos," "Twilight," "Boy Meets World," "Pretty Little Liars," "Everybody Loves Raymond," "Dancing With The Stars," "Roswell," "Days Of Our Lives," "My So-Called Life," "Party Of Five," "7th Heaven," "The Suite Life Of Zack & Cody," "That's So Raven," "Step By Step," "Family Matters" and "Growing Pains." In recent years he's had the privilege of producing events with multiple cast members from "Abbott Elementary," "This Is Us," "Pose," "black-ish," "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend," "To All The Boys I've Loved Before," "On My Block," "Andi Mack," "Girl Meets World," "Good Trouble," "Fame" and Broadway's "Wicked."Scott completed six marathons in Honolulu and LA to benefit AIDS Project Los Angeles. He is a Climate Reality Project leader trained by Al Gore, and volunteers to help "Get Out The Vote" with organizations including Human Rights Campaign, The Democratic National Committee, Democracy For America, Jewish Democratic Council of America, Field Team 6, Black Voters Matter Fund, The New Georgia Project, Color Of Change, United We Dream, Vote Riders and Drag Out The Vote.
